2. Second Zoom Session
-Review of 360 Report
-Analysis of 360 Report
-Presenting the Leadership Development Plan addressing a Leader's organizational vision, leader and team member development goals, and system, performance, and personal goals.
3. Third Zoom Session
-Coaching on completing the Leader Development Plan
-Next steps on your leader development journey
Once the Leader Development Plan is completed, monthly coaching sessions need to be arranged to achieve the goals that have been identified in the Plan.
