About the Author

Bill Lombardo is an acclaimed leadership and sales speaker, executive coach, and marketing consultant, currently consulting and coaching leaders from organizations like AmeriLife and American College.Previously with Bankers Life he established and lead the Bankers Learning Network. In that position, he was responsible annually for the training and development of 10,000 agents and 1,000 leaders throughout the organization. 

During his tenure at the Bankers Learning Network, Bill received numerous awards. Training Magazine recognized Bankers Life year after year as one of the top 125 companies in the world for the company's training & development program. In addition, Bill received the Bronze Award for Innovation from Chief Learning Officer Magazine. 

Prior to Bankers Life Bill held senior executive positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Ford and Owens-Illinois, as well as with start-ups including Emind and Princeton Learning; and, at Fairleigh Dickinson University and the American College.

Bill earned his MBA from Syracuse University, his undergraduate degree from Ohio University, and also attended the College of Executive Coaching.
